You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for compensation and rewards solutions, bridging business needs with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering across business and technology teams.
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create process flows, functional specs, and stakeholder documentation.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and secure formal sign-offs.
• Partner with engineering to modernize legacy functionality into new systems.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis experience.
• Strong HCM / HRIS / Compensation / Rewards domain experience.
• Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with complex compensation or payment systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
