You will drive the delivery and execution of the Lounge Services roadmap, translating business needs into actionable engineering tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform iteration opportunities and define KPIs.
• Track feature progress, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional communication.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or related field.
• Foundational experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting structured requirements or documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services.
• Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with complex regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Basic technical fluency.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
