Description

You will support the delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness.
• Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization alignment, and delivery efficiency.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform iteration opportunities and define KPIs.
• Track feature progress, identify risks or dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of foundational experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting structured requirements or documentation.
• Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights with an analytical mindset.
• Basic technical fluency supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with complex regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technical teams.
