Lead the strategy, development, and integration of MarTech solutions to drive marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a MarTech strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Lead the development or customization of technical solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless MarTech integration.
• Define KPIs and build a roadmap for the evolution of marketing capabilities.
• Pilot new technologies and provide regular updates to leadership on initiative impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Deep understanding of marketing technologies and MarTech solutions.
• Proficiency in data management and integration principles.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing performance.
• Experience facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills regarding technology implementation and performance.
