You own the product roadmap and execution for Lounge Services, translating business needs into technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation.
• Partner with engineering, content, and design teams to drive feature development and launch readiness.
• Maintain product backlogs to ensure clarity, prioritization, and delivery efficiency.
• Track feature progress, identify risks, and escalate dependencies as needed.
• Analyze performance data and customer feedback to define KPIs and inform iteration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of foundational experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or related field.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services.
• Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Proven ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Effective collaboration across business and technical teams in large, matrixed organizations.

• Experience working in environments with complex regulatory requirements.
