Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans for Life Insurance module
Identify market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer pain points
Align product strategy with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
Own core Life Insurance functionalities: Policy Administration (PAS), Underwriting & New Business, Claims & Benefits, Billing & Collections, Ensure compliance with IRDAI and other regulatory standards
Translate business requirements into detailed product features and user stories
Collaborate with business teams, clients, and partners
Act as a bridge between technical teams and insurance domain stakeholders
Support pre-sales, demos, and solutioning for new opportunities
Product Modernization & Innovation - Digital onboarding (KYC, e-sign), Third-party integrations (payment gateways, reinsurers), Analytics & AI use cases (risk scoring, fraud detection)
Continuously optimize product performance and user experience
Strong understanding of: Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Annuity, Group Life)
Experience with InsurTech platforms / Core systems (PAS)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
Good to have Skills
• Experience with multi-country insurance products
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases in underwriting or claims
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance framework
