You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver solutions that meet customer and market demands.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development cycles from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and performance data to drive continuous product improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with user-centered design principles.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product development within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with UX/UI design, data analysis, Jira, or Trello.
