You will define the product vision, roadmap, and release plans for the Life Insurance module. This role bridges technical teams and insurance domain stakeholders to deliver compliant, user-centric insurance solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans for Life Insurance modules including Policy Administration (PAS), Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.
• Identify market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer pain points to align product strategy with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product features and user stories for Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Drive product modernization through digital onboarding (KYC, e-sign), third-party integrations, and AI/ML use cases.
• Support pre-sales, demos, and solutioning for new opportunities while ensuring IRDAI compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience in Life Insurance (Term, ULIP, Annuity, Group Life).
• Strong understanding of InsurTech platforms and Core systems (PAS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance frameworks into product features.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-country insurance products.
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases in underwriting or claims.
