Hands-on retail store experience in the US (Store Associate, Team Lead, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager).
5+ years of Product Management experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Workforce Scheduling, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Retail Operations Technology.
Strong experience leading WFM implementation projects as a Product Manager.
Experience with retail workforce scheduling, labor optimization, demand forecasting, shift scheduling, and workforce planning.
Strong understanding of US labor compliance, predictive scheduling, rest breaks, and labor regulations.
Experience working with Data Science, Engineering, Retail Operations, and Finance teams.
Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, user stories, requirements, and drive product adoption.
Strong analytical skills with experience using labor metrics, operational KPIs, and ROI analysis.
Technical understanding of algorithm-driven scheduling, forecasting models, and integrations with modern WFM platforms.
