Description

You own the product delivery lifecycle from idea to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product and platform strategies from inception.
• Define product goals, requirements, and KPIs, translating them into user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements translate into correct technical designs and test plans.
• Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing, to certify production readiness.
• Manage the product backlog, support Agile delivery, and oversee go-to-market processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or product management.
• Proven ability to enable change within large, matrixed organizations and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms based on customer needs.
• Strong command of APIs and engineering practices.
• Experience with the Agile product development lifecycle.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to execution detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
