Description

You will manage feature backlogs and drive execution for a scrum team within the financial services space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the feature backlog and prepare work for delivery through engineer refinement sessions.
• Design engagement ceremonies with stakeholders to lead project execution.
• Identify and resolve project impediments using established escalation and mitigation frameworks.
• Coordinate and sequence dependencies across other product teams to ensure delivery.
• Maintain documentation of project artifacts and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of product management or relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience working in banking or with financial services products.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of product management techniques, principles, and Agile best practices.
• Experience managing dependencies and facilitating elaboration sessions to secure resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reasoning, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Digital Wallets from a user perspective.
• Bachelor's degree.
