Description

You will manage requirements and business processes within an Agile software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirements management processes following SDLC standards in Agile environments.
• Conduct business process reviews to evaluate workflows, anticipate requirements, and identify improvements.
• Develop product roadmaps, reports, and regular project progress communications.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and requirements with technical teams.
• Elicit and document technical requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• 7+ years of experience managing requirements within an Agile SDLC.
• 7+ years of experience in business process review and improvement efforts.
• Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of FISMA regulations and standards.
• Understanding of Information Privacy concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Compliance regarding sensitive information handling.
