Description

You will manage product development and roadmaps within the insurance and claims domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end-to-end as part of the broader product roadmap.
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into defined features and user stories.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze existing customer servicing journeys across business units.
• Drive product development through the full lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product requirement development and roadmap management.
• Direct experience in the Insurance or Claims domain.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
