Description

You will own a product line within the Auto Claims insurance domain, managing the full software lifecycle from feature development to go-to-market execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives, including financial planning and forecasting.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, activity diagrams, wireframes, and business rule diagrams.
• Prioritize functionality based on business value and participate in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and unmet user needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to communicate new features and train on business processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in the software industry.
• Domain expertise in Auto Claims insurance.
• Proven ability to own business cases, research, needs validation, sizing, and pricing strategies.
• Experience conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
• Superior written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, negotiate, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
