Description

You will manage the integration of Oracle's Advanced Inventory Planning application into the existing ecosystem during large-scale system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of the product through the entire lifecycle, from vision to execution.
• Elicit, define, and analyze complex requirements to ensure they are testable, measurable, and traceable.
• Create and communicate technology roadmaps and product catalogs to engage stakeholders.
• Lead teams through requirement refinement, backlog management, and sprint planning sessions.
• Define MVP criteria to increase the frequency of capability deliveries and resolve technical dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Direct experience with Oracle Retail, RPAS, or AIP.
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Demand Planning.
• Experience in Retail or Grocery sectors, specifically with time-phased inventory planning.
• Proficiency in requirements management and using team backlogs.
• Ability to use templates and agile task management applications.
• Bachelor's degree.
