Description

You will own the product lifecycle for internal developer and architecture platforms, defining roadmaps and driving SDLC improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage roadmaps for internal tools including GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Drive improvements in SDLC workflows across planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into clear, outcome-driven product requirements.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable data products.
• Ensure governance and adoption of platform tools across the organization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or internal tools.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes and developer workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise-scale tool governance.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Background in architectural governance or developer productivity.
• Experience with enterprise-scale tooling implementations.
