Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions, driving business value from research through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and use data insights to inform product roadmaps, assess viability risks, and define problem scopes.
• Define the "what" and "why" behind investments, securing funding and leading annual and quarterly OKR processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to guide scrum teams through the product development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor commercial and customer success metrics to determine product-market fit and intervene when performance deviates from goals.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Business Readiness to define release strategies and ensure successful market delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in product management roles within high-growth organizations.
• Direct experience in the payments or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of defining, documenting, and launching platform capabilities and products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, front-end/back-end architecture, and UX.
• Experience working within regulated industries, managing legal, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and managing the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
