Description

You will own the lifecycle of commercial products within the medical review industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate features and user stories.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to enhance UX.
• Track product performance and develop strategies to improve user adoption.
• Support sales proposals, presentations, and deliver product demos to clients.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience developing and delivering commercial products.
• Proven track record managing full product lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical records systems in payer environments.
• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters within agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related field, plus an MBA.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical review software or clinical support tools.
• Knowledge of GenAI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
