Description

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the Industrial portfolio, translating market insights into strategic bets that drive revenue and retention.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and roadmap sequencing to address competitive dynamics and user needs.
• Conduct structured discovery with distributors, field technicians, and fleet operators to synthesize findings into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering to translate strategy into well-scoped epics and sprint-ready stories, ensuring high-quality requirements.
• Own product metrics including feature adoption, workflow completion rates, NPS, and retention across the portfolio.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on direct competitors in field service and B2B e-commerce sectors.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Understanding of ERP integration concepts (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor) and their role as the source of truth.
• Experience with AI-driven product features or data-centric decision making.
• Ability to design for mobile-first contexts, including offline sync and low-connectivity UX.
• Knowledge of multi-sided B2B pricing models, including contract and tiered pricing.
• Experience working with or selling to distributors, contractors, or field service operators.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent structured thinking program with operational empathy.
• Direct experience building for or selling to field service and industrial distribution markets.
