Description

You will provide independent product oversight for Medicaid products within the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through implementation, including technology roadmaps and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional activities with Product Owners, Business Leads, and Technical Leads to deliver product initiatives.
• Translate customer needs and discovery findings into detailed, actionable functional requirements for the MES PMU.
• Analyze performance indicators using database queries to evaluate survey data and define success criteria for testing.
• Collaborate with IT Program Managers and Systems Integrators to manage the launch of features and systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience working with Medicaid Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business functions.
• Ability to develop and monitor Medicaid Managed Care product strategies.
• Proficiency in creating technology roadmaps and customer research documentation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical functional specifications.
• Ability to use database queries for data analysis and performance evaluation.
• Skill in communicating project goals, timelines, and results to executive leadership.
