Description

Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, covering SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP testing track, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Provide overall Quality Assurance leadership for SAP projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 FTE, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Drive testing for Brownfield implementations and open to Greenfield projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery quality.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large SAP program testing.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP QA/Test teams.
• Customer interaction and requirement collation skills.
• Exposure to Brownfield SAP projects (Greenfield experience is a plus).
• 5+ years of working experience.
