Description

Manage and coordinate product development projects from concept to launch. Drive the product roadmap and influence stakeholders through clear communication of business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process by collaborating with Engineering, UX, and Business teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog and write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) including user flows and business rules.
• Identify opportunities and gaps across the member shopping experience, including assortment, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Define KPIs and create measurement plans using data visualization tools to evaluate product success.
• Partner with design and research teams to evaluate UX/UI flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agile development environment, or 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Technical proficiency to influence engineering decisions across frontend and backend.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture.
• Experience using Zeplin and Figma for UX/UI flow evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Expertise in agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in e-commerce, retail, online advertising, or analytics.
