You will own the RFP and vendor selection process for the Inventory Management digital transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFP and vendor selection process for inventory management systems.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features.
• Align product delivery with market demands and business objectives.
• Articulate the incremental value provided by new systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience participating in RFPs for Retailers and/or Supply Chain/Inventory Management systems.
• Product Management experience distinguishing this from pure project or program management.
• Ability to define system requirements in terms of business value.
• Experience managing digital transformation programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Local to the SF Bay Area for in-office requirements.
