You will own the product vision and execution for AI-driven customer solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs to validate product strategy and success.
• Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception through launch.
• Collaborate across engineering, UX, sales, and data science teams.
• Engage with customers to validate product concepts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Product Management with experience in Sales & Support tech.
• Hands-on implementation of Generative AI / Agentic AI in customer-facing products.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise CRM/support systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks for training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Experience with AI platforms including Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS SageMaker.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
