Own the product lifecycle for enterprise software and CRM solutions, driving strategy from conception to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for CRM platforms, prioritizing features that enhance user productivity and customer experience.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver customer-centric technology solutions.
• Implement AI-supported solutions, intelligent automation, or generative AI capabilities to improve business processes.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, influencing senior leadership and communicating effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Manage product delivery within an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with enterprise software standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or CRM solutions.
• Experience managing CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related sales technologies is considered a plus.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional organizations (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Experience implementing AI, intelligent automation, or generative AI capabilities.
• Ability to facilitate executive-level meetings and influence senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Salesforce and broader sales technology ecosystems.
• Experience with intelligent automation tools beyond basic AI integration.
