Description

Own the product lifecycle and strategy for Syncrofy within the supply chain management domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals and customer needs.
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead the integration of AI-powered features, including Predicted Ship Date functionality.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify new opportunities and compliance requirements like OTIF.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market strategies and positioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience managing product roadmaps and feature lifecycles.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute new product initiatives.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of supply chain compliance and operational challenges.
