You will own the product development cycle from wireframing through launch, leveraging deep healthcare domain expertise to translate client needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including wireframing and successful launch.
• Influence the product roadmap and drive feature selection based on industry standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to document new features as user stories within Agile frameworks.
• Lead negotiations and manage change processes for complex client requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare processes, ensuring technical solutions align with payer and insurance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, distinguishing between out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Background in UX design management.
• Experience working with Payers or Health Insurance companies.
• Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences domains.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experience with Health Cloud or Provider Network Management.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
