Description

You will manage product backlogs and drive the delivery of fulfillment capabilities through sprint planning and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize backlogs for multiple systems to support fulfillment product strategy.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with MVP requirements.
• Partner with technology scrum teams and product analysts to deliver defined business value.
• Influence MVP definition by setting priorities, delivery schedules, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate work for scrum teams based on the fulfillment systems roadmap and provide status updates to steering committees.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver results in changing environments under limited guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in an equivalent field of study.
• Product Management certification.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Access.
