Description

You will manage the product lifecycle for post-purchase experiences, order fulfillment, and logistics optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on logistics and post-purchase workflows.
• Identify and resolve customer and seller pain points to improve NPS and minimize disputes.
• Oversee domestic and cross-border logistics, including shipping, returns, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze NPS, customer behavior, and order lifecycle metrics to drive data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce marketplaces, logistics, or post-purchase domains.
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle, domestic and cross-border fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proven track record of improving NPS through product enhancements.
• Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from operational metrics and customer feedback.
• Experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to draft structured documentation, product specifications, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience working alongside engineering, operations, and communications teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
