You will own product features that drive value for customers, sellers, and the marketplace platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve product features and ensure seamless implementation.
• Reduce customer interaction friction throughout the post-purchase journey.
• Manage the interaction between the logistics framework and the order life cycle.
• Develop product roadmaps and execute prioritization strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of domestic and cross-border marketplace logistics frameworks.
• Proven track record of improving customer NPS through feature implementation.
• Experience managing the entire order life cycle within an e-commerce marketplace.
• Strong technical writing skills for organizational documentation.
• Data-driven approach to analyzing customer and seller NPS.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work across diverse departments to implement product improvements.
