Description

You own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define training data, model goals, and evaluation metrics in collaboration with data science teams.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities that support product strategy and translate capabilities into user features.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user testing and customer interviews to validate solutions and uncover pain points.
• Ensure released AI experiences are accurate, safe, and align with company values, including data ethics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Proven track record managing AI/ML-enabled products and developing AI product strategy.
• Experience working closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practices.
• Comfort balancing tradeoffs across UI/UX, data availability, and AI capability.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and comfort in ambiguous situations.
