Description

You define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security capabilities including IAM, DLP, secrets, threat detection, and security posture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a secure-by-design focus.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable security controls, policies, workflows, and integrations.
• Prioritize the backlog based on risk impact, likelihood, customer value, and engineering effort.
• Drive sprint rituals, release planning, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Establish telemetry for detections, incidents, vulnerabilities, and posture drift, and manage incident response with SecOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant product experience.
• Experience with Security Architecture.
• Experience working with SecOps teams.
• Ability to define security SLAs/SLOs, data classification, and access policies.
• Experience driving compliance evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA.
• Capability to define and track KPIs such as MTTR, coverage, and policy adherence.
• Skilled in conducting discovery with SecOps, architecture, and business stakeholders.
