Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to guide the team in solving validated customer problems and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Articulate product vision and strategy to align the team on goals and execution plans.
• Prioritize features and manage the backlog to ensure shared focus across tactical design and development.
• Establish measurable objectives and track KPIs to validate product direction and success.
• Decide when to ship software to maximize customer value and gather iterative feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management to maintain momentum and alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering software products.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) delivery methodologies and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps, schedules, and integrated plans.
• Strong relationship management, mediation, and consensus-building skills with business teams and core members.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies for senior decision-makers.
• Experience gathering requirements through customer discovery and end-user research activities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools including Microsoft Whiteboard and Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum master certification or experience.
• Experience participating in steering committees and stakeholder forums.
