Description

Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the ThriveWell platform, coordinating with engineering, design, and program teams to improve child welfare outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the ThriveWell platform.
• Translate program and operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
• Track product progress to ensure timely delivery of planned features.
• Gather user feedback and usage insights to improve platform usability and adoption.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in strategic planning and product roadmap development.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs.
