Description

You will manage MarTech optimization projects and software migrations to meet business goals and customer experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive MarTech optimization projects from inception to completion by working with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Execute software migrations based on existing roadmaps and documented requirements alongside marketing operations and change management teams.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and web teams to define current and target state processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for marketing users to recommend and explain technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and Web Development teams to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise software migrations.
• Administrative experience with Marketo Engage.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of how initiatives impact interconnected processes and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Marketo migrations.
