You will own the product direction by translating customer needs into technical requirements and measurable business outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to extract requirements and communicate insights back to the product team.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify improvements and validate feature impact.
• Define the "why" behind initiatives by collaborating with engineers, designers, and business partners.
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA to iterate on and release high-quality solutions.
• Prioritize the product roadmap and coordinate with marketing for successful feature launches.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with a BS/BA degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working directly with engineering and design teams.
• Proven track record of managing 2+ software development projects from ideation through post-release support.
• Strong quantitative thinking skills, including ability to communicate using distributions, decompositions, and correlations.
• Experience managing UX/UI, data, and process-related problem solving.
• Ability to maintain high-level roadmap vision while managing granular execution details.
• Professional experience in B2B customer interactions.
• Strong collaborative skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
