You will manage large-scale enterprise projects from discovery through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery and manage complex requirements gathering.
• Create and manage project charters for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Oversee budget management for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate across multiple agency functions to extract and distill information.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multi-faceted timelines in ambiguous environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working within SAFe/Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience creating and managing project charters.
• 5+ years of experience with budget management for large-scale enterprise projects.
• BS degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp complex information and communicate it across different channels.
• Project Management and Data Management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state government.
• Informatica tool experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
