Description

You will manage the order management system lifecycle from scoping through testing and documentation. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rollout of new features and enhancements across order management systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to maintain consistent order flow across all systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute rigorous testing of system changes.
• Maintain system integrity through certificate management, API updates, and system patches.
• Support the backend team in developing and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce product or order management roles.
• Direct experience working with OMS, WMS, payment systems, and ecommerce platforms.
• Proven background in backend systems, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing test plans and executing end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems such as Adyen or PayPal.
• Ability to gather and write technical requirements for system enhancements.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Sterling.
• Vendor management experience.
