Description

Define and execute the product roadmap for document intelligence, RAG, and workflow automation features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI and engineering teams to ship scalable SaaS functionality.
• Gather requirements from clients and convert them into clear product specs.
• Drive prioritization across accuracy, usability, and performance.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, accuracy, time savings, and compliance outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling.
• Experience productizing LLM, RAG, or data pipelines into user-facing features.
• Understanding of tradeoffs such as accuracy vs speed and automation vs human review.
• Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, and integrations.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with iterative AI outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data-heavy products (ETL, analytics, workflow systems).
• Comfortable operating in early-stage or startup environments.
