Lead product strategy and requirements gathering to ensure business outcomes are realized through working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and product owners to translate business needs into actionable objectives and prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead requirements sessions and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to define project strategy.
• Guide product owners in writing user stories and acceptance criteria while managing team documentation.
• Coordinate implementation activities with cross-functional teams using iterative delivery methodologies.
• Synthesize key findings, challenge assumptions, and develop alternative solutions to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product owner experience in a strategic capacity within eCommerce, marketing, or consulting.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Working knowledge of platforms and languages including Java, SQL, Visual Basic, Drupal, Magento, AEM, Shopify, PHP, or Ruby.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in Office 365, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with all levels of leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency or consultancy.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
