Description

You will act as the Product Owner for marketplace capabilities, driving roadmap execution and feature delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog prioritization, quarterly planning, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Design, and stakeholders to define and execute product strategy.
• Drive adoption of AI in product management processes and regulated workflows.
• Manage fund, private market instrument, and trading workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with Atlassian tools.
• Proven experience partnering with software engineering teams in remote settings.
• Strong regulatory or compliance exposure (financial services, healthcare, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proactive ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with private markets and complex securities.
• Previous exposure to AI-enabled product practices and tools.
