Description

You will lead product strategy and roadmap development by translating user needs into actionable plans.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing epics and stories in Jira.
• Collaborate with development teams to build concepts, POCs, and prototypes.
• Support scrum ceremonies, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate with other product owners.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and align internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated career progression.
• CSPO certification.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and story definition.
• Experience in at least three domains: AI process automation, workflow diagramming, persona-based reporting, real-time notification implementation, user hierarchy definition, or data extraction/UI/UX performance tuning.
• Ability to negotiate and align internal teams on product viewpoints.
• Experience working within client cultures and processes to clarify requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in investor relations and proxy voting.
