Description

Manage the integration of Oracle Advanced Inventory Planning into existing ecosystems and oversee all technical aspects of the product through its lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, define, and analyze complex requirements to ensure they are testable, measurable, and traceable.
• Create and communicate product catalogs and technology roadmaps to engage stakeholders.
• Lead teams to refine, prioritize, and manage requirements using agile task management and backlog refinement.
• Define minimum viable product criteria to increase the frequency of capability deliveries.
• Break down complex visions into actionable projects, initiatives, or features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory, or Demand Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail, RPAS, or AIP.
• Experience with time-phased inventory planning.
• Background in the Retail or Grocery sectors.
• Experience with program increment (PI) planning and sprint planning.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale system migrations.
