You will own product strategy and deliver developer experiences within the fintech space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Craft product strategy with high autonomy.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize features and manage backlogs to drive product development.
• Analyze complex technology to determine effort, risk, and implementation complexity.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories and project specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in Jira for requirement tracking.
• Experience writing detailed user stories.
• Technical depth to analyze complex technology and its impact on developers.
• Ability to work independently to formulate technical points of view.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with UX design.
