You will drive product strategy and execution across complex technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, coaching, motivating, and advising team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
• Lead development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing including rollout plans and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology and business application solutions.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong people management and team-building skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to learn business processes quickly.
• Experience assessing risk and applying management principles to technology solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
• PMP or PMI certification.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Cloud certification, Google Cloud highly preferred.
