Description

You will lead the planning and execution of upgrades for existing Visiting Counting products and the installation of new products in new locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute projects following established decision models and delivery methodologies.
• Manage project constraints including time, cost, scope, and quality through scheduling, resource planning, and budget control.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while managing change control plans.
• Coordinate communication and reporting for stakeholders and manage interfaces between projects and the line organization.
• Lead project teams and support stakeholders through learning and communication activities to manage organizational change.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven ability to manage time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on-site in Malmö 2-3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately every second month.
• Experience managing dependencies and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Swedish language proficiency.
• Previous knowledge of visitation systems.
• Previous knowledge of Ingka.
