Description

You will lead the planning and execution of upgrades for existing Visiting Counting products and install new products in new locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute projects using established decision models and delivery methodologies.
• Manage project constraints including time, cost, scope, quality, resource planning, budget control, and change control.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while performing regular reporting.
• Coordinate communication and manage engagement with all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and mentor members to develop project management competence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organizations.
• Experience with scheduling, quality assurance, and change management.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Malmö 2-3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately every second month.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Swedish language proficiency.
• Previous knowledge of visitation systems.
• Previous knowledge of Ingka.
