Description

Lead planning and execution of upgrades for existing Visiting Counting products and new installations across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects using established decision models and delivery methodologies.
• Manage constraints including time, cost, scope, and quality through scheduling and budget control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing dependencies with the line organization.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, information distribution, and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven ability to manage change control plans and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and activity sequencing.
• Degree of any kind (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Swedish language proficiency.
• Previous knowledge of visitation systems and Ingka.
