Description

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Electric Utility Network Operations applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate utility operational needs into product features, epics, and user stories while managing the backlog to maximize business value.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and release planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with utility customers, control centre operators, and executive leadership.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically within Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution operations.
• Deep understanding of SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, EMS, and DERMS systems.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including DevOps concepts.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of network modelling, GIS integration, and topology management.
• Familiarity with API, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity requirements, including NERC CIP and IEC standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-driven insights, IoT, and smart grid technologies.
• Background in grid modernization and distributed energy resources (DER) integration.
