Description

You will own the product vision and strategy for enterprise technology initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term portfolio roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Guide feature and user story prioritization based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Implement and champion Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles across the organization.
• Define and track key success metrics to measure product value and inform strategic pivots.

Required Skills

• 11–14 years of relevant experience, including leading product teams and influencing executive management.
• Deep domain expertise in Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Quality Management, and IT Operations.
• Fluency in agile methodologies with SAFe experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and similar tools.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge business needs and technical delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience.
